You may access this from the VPN App for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

• Republish material from the VPN App
• Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the VPN App
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from the VPN App
• Redistribute content from the VPN App

You must not use the VPN App in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the app or impairment of the availability or accessibility of the app; or in any way which is unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful purpose or activity.

2.2. You must not use the VPN App to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish or distribute any material which consists of (or is linked to) any spyware, computer virus, Trojan horse, worm, keystroke logger, rootkit or other malicious computer software.

3.2. Your use of the VPN App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

4.1. We may terminate or suspend access to our app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

4.2. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
